How to make the perfect Espresso Martini
A simple, no-fuss Espresso Martini recipe using equal parts vodka, espresso and Kahlua. Shaken hard in a Boston shaker for the best result.

What you’ll need:
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part espresso (or cold brew)
- 1 part Kahlua
How to make it
Add a good handful of ice and shake it until your arms give out. I sometimes increase the vodka slightly to dial back the sweetness from the Kahlua. It really depends on the crowd, some people prefer a sweeter version.
A Boston shaker is the way to go as it gets more air into the drink than a standard shaker. Enjoy.
